A tailored program of group workshops, refreshers and individual coaching for the Innovative Complex Management team. Designed to prevent burnout, build resilience, and help your staff thrive in work that asks a lot of them.
Innovative Complex Management does work that is genuinely rewarding and genuinely demanding. Holding space for clients with complex needs means staff carry weight that can build quietly over time. This proposal is about giving your team practical, evidence-based ways to keep doing that work without losing themselves in it.
Innovative Complex Management is an NDIS-registered provider specialising in support coordination and case management for individuals with complex needs. Your team works alongside clients living with acquired brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, dual disabilities, mental health challenges and substance use issues. From hospital-to-home transitions through to crisis intervention and therapy coordination, this is work that requires high skill, deep empathy and constant adjustment.
You have told us that although the work is satisfying, it is also stressful, confronting and demanding. That combination creates a real risk of burnout, stress and job dissatisfaction. Beyond the individual cost to staff, this has implications for retention and for your capacity to grow and meet demand.
This proposal sets out three ways Coachling can support your team across a 7-month engagement, combining group learning, refresher touchpoints and individual coaching. Each option is calibrated to a different level of customisation and investment, so you can choose the fit that works for Innovative.
Support coordinators and case managers working with clients who carry significant complexity.
Delivered across a 7-month window, with the option of a single workshop or a multi-session program.
Face-to-face in Melbourne is the preference, with online as a flexible alternative where that works better.
Coachling sits at the intersection of clinical psychology and workplace coaching. We work with people in roles like yours every week, and we know that good content alone does not shift behaviour. Sessions are designed to feel useful in the moment and to give your team tools they will actually reach for on a hard Wednesday afternoon.
Grounded in psychological models including ACT, CBT and positive psychology, adapted for group learning.
Our richer options include co-design so the language, examples and case studies reflect the work your team actually does.
Workshops build shared language. Individual coaching gives staff a confidential space when they need it.
All three options cover the topic set you asked for: burnout prevention, growth mindset, stress and resilience, strategies for work and working from home, self-reflection and personal development. What differs is how deeply we tailor the content, how many touchpoints we build in across the 7 months, and how many individual coaching sessions are available to your staff.
If it helps to see the three options together, here is the same information in one view. Use it as a quick reference when you are weighing up depth, flexibility and investment.

The topics in this program are widely relevant to other providers in your sector. We have built in a way to recognise that.
Should you choose to recommend this workshop to other providers, Coachling is open to a commission arrangement. Innovative will receive 15% of the delivery fee for each half-day workshop, or each completed series of four one-hour online sessions, that runs based on your recommendation.
It is a small way of acknowledging the role you play in connecting good work to teams that need it.
Thank you for thinking of Coachling for your team. The work your staff do matters, and we would be privileged to support them. Whenever you are ready, we are here for a conversation, no commitment needed.
